THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION & COMPLETION FOR REJUVENATION OF SEREMBAN RSA (SOUTHBOUND) AT SECTION C5, NORTH - SOUTH EXPRESSWAY (NSE)
Silara Akses has been approached by client to provide a CIDB compliance shoring material with Perakuan Pematuhan Standard (PPS). On 15Th November 2022, we have been appointed as a sub-contractor for all scaffolding related work for this rejuvenation project at Seremban RSA (Southbound). We supplied material, labour and tools for the installation of shoring / falsework system for water tank concrete structure construction.
The shoring system consists of 5 level podium structures with dimension of 11.2m (L) x 11.2m (W) x 22.0m (H). Our scope inclusive of providing design, drawing & calculation with PE endorsement for this project.
Erection started with 1st level and continues after each level completed. For this project, we used Modular Crab 60 for this shoring work which enables quick installation/dismantling and is more efficient and safe compared to other scaffolding system. The shoring structure was also equipt with access platform to enables plastering work around the structure. The combination of shoring and access in one system reduces the needs to have separate system for these purposes which in the end provides economical solutions to our client.
